Steve WalkerS.R.Walker and Associates, Inc is a professional services consulting firm providing strategic planning, marketing and management consulting, training and coaching. SRWA supports a diverse mix of clients including Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) firms ranging from a four-person Public Involvement consultant to several Engineering News Record top 20 international A/E firms; and from a one-person MBE civil designer to some of the world’s largest heavy civil construction companies.

Prior to founding SRWA in 2005, Steve led the growth and development of state marketing programs for three major international A/E firms. With over 35 years of engineering consulting, marketing and management experience, Steve has proven effective in helping A/E firms develop as leaders in their marketplaces. Steve has coached and supported marketing programs throughout the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
